Meet the Team

Core to the health and growth of Millennium’s business, the Information Technology department supports the firm’s active, multi-manager business model through flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems, including the development of next-generation analytical and trading capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain an integrated portfolio of post-trade programs and projects, with clear objectives, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across engineering, operations, risk, compliance, front-office technology, and other partner organizations.
• Maintain clear visibility into upcoming commitments, delivery pressure points, unresolved decisions, and stakeholder concerns.
• Establish effective operating rhythms for portfolio reviews, dependency management, delivery updates, and follow-through on decisions and commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings that drive clear decisions, actionable commitments, and timely follow-up.

What You Bring

• Experience in financial services, fintech, trading technology, post-trade, operations, or another complex, highly controlled environment.
• Familiarity with trade processing, reconciliation, allocations, reporting, controls, data quality, settlement, or related operational workflows.
