Strong understanding of high-level architecture and system flows

Clear and effective English communication skills
Comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders including TDMs, PMs, Directors, Product, and Engineering teams
Solid program/project management fundamentals (RACI, project plans, key artifacts)
Proactive ownership of deliverables, including defining objectives and identifying risks
Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives, translating them into structured programs and projects
Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, and PPM tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)
Experience supporting AI-related initiatives
Project Overview:
Lead large, cross-team product and platform programs across Marketplace initiatives, including identity, messaging, AI capabilities, and unified account/profile programs across Indeed and Glassdoor ecosystems.
Program Scope
One Account / One Profile (OAOP) initiatives
CIAM and messaging integrations
AI capability programs
Marketplace Product & UX programs
UX research operations and tooling initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for large cross-functional programs
Quickly understand software delivery initiatives and translate them into executable program plans
Map stakeholders and establish governance / communication models
Build high-level program plans, milestones, and dependency maps
Identify risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies proactively
Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, UX, and Leadership teams
Manage contractor TPM / Program Manager capacity supporting Marketplace initiatives
Ensure delivery against Marketplace OKRs including growth, efficiency, and KTLO/run-operate goals

Strong at stakeholder management, execution planning, and dependency coordination
