We are seeking a Technical Program Manager II to join the Finance Data & Experiences (FD&E) organization and lead strategic reporting modernization and business transformation initiatives across Microsoft Finance. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex programs that improve financial reporting, automate business processes, and enable better business decisions through modern data and analytics solutions. You will work across Finance, Engineering, Data Platform, and Business Operations teams to define vision, align stakeholders, manage execution, and drive measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills, business acumen, technical depth, and stakeholder influence. Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
