We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who doesn’t just manage programs — but builds the tools to manage them.
You will act as the connective tissue between our AI, Backend, Frontend, and Data teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered with clarity and accountability.
What makes this role unique: we don’t rely on spreadsheets or off-the-shelf project management software. You will use AI-assisted development (“vibe coding”) to build and iterate on internal program management tools tailored to our workflows — including lightweight dashboards, automated status trackers, dependency visualizers, and reporting tools.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You won’t manage people, but you will influence engineers and executives to keep critical programs on track.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and dependency maps across Backend, Frontend, AI, and Data teams
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; define mitigation plans and escalate when necessary
Define and track program-level KPIs and success metrics; report progress to the CTO and leadership
Build and maintain internal program management tools using AI-assisted development (vibe coding), eliminating reliance on spreadsheets and external SaaS tools
Prototype dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and workflow automations aligned with engineering processes
Manage vendor and third-party integrations related to program timelines (LLM providers, data platforms, cloud services)
Coordinate release planning and deployment schedules across teams
3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a similar cross-functional technical role
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team software programs in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Hands-on experience building internal tools using AI-assisted coding (prompting AI, reviewing output, iterating, and shipping functional tools)
Strong technical fluency: ability to read architecture diagrams, understand API contracts, and reason about system design tradeoffs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to influence without authority through clarity, follow-through, and credibility
Experience building internal tools, admin panels, or lightweight web apps (including no-code/low-code or AI-generated solutions)
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/React, or SQL — enough to review, debug, and extend AI-generated code
