Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to work directly with our Head of Deployment to drive execution across our most critical customer deployments. You will operate at the center of complex engineering programs to coordinate AI, robotics, hardware, operations, and customer teams to move our systems from prototype to real-world production.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the Head of Deployment to drive end-to-end execution of customer deployments.
  • Own cross-functional programs spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, infrastructure, operations, and customer success.
  • Coordinate engineering milestones across multiple teams and ensure critical dependencies stay on track.
  • Drive site readiness, including integration planning, testing, validation, site logistics, and launch execution.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate technical requirements, report progress, and manage timelines.
  • Identify execution risks early and work across engineering teams to resolve technical and operational blockers.
  • Build scalable processes for deployment planning, release management, and customer onboarding.
  • Define how Genesis deploys and scales physical AI and robotics systems across diverse customer environments.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software platforms.
  • Technical depth to comfortably navigate technical discussions with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional engineering programs from early planning through production rollout.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to align distributed engineering teams, leadership, and external enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong systems thinking with a habit of bringing structure to ambiguous operational problems.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to support critical deployment milestones.
  • Bonus: Direct experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems into real-world environments.
  • Bonus: Technical background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, machine learning, or field engineering.

About Genesis AI

Genesis AI is a global full-stack robotics company building general-purpose robots with human-level intelligence and capabilities. Led by a world-class team obsessed with excellence at every level, Genesis AI is pushing the boundaries of robotics and AI to unlock a new era of human productivity.

We are a new generation of robotics builders, united by a shared mission to push the boundaries of physical AI. Our team brings together the minds behind many of the most significant advances in robotics and AI in recent years — spanning the full stack.

We introduced generative simulation, created foundational platforms such as Genesis, Jiminy, Flightmare, GVBD Voxels, and invented the IPC algorithm. We led the development of the first multimodal models at Mistral AI and Apple Intelligence. We co-created UMI and Diffusion Policy, pioneered reinforcement learning frameworks for superhuman drone racing, and scaled robotic data systems at NVIDIA GR00T. We built cross-platform GPU compilers such as VeriGPU, DeepCL, Coriander, and the original PyTorch. We also built industry-leading rendering engines at Google, Epic and Unity. Now, we’ve come together at Genesis AI to close the loop, and build what’s next.
