This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution, program governance, and cross-functional leadership within a highly collaborative, global environment. You will be responsible for driving large-scale technical programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The position requires strong execution discipline, structured program management, and the ability to bring clarity to complex, multi-team initiatives. You will define operating rhythms, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery outcomes across distributed teams. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies.
- Drive execution rigor through structured RAID management, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and blockers.
- Establish and maintain program governance rhythms including status reporting, executive updates, and delivery reviews.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Improve delivery predictability and efficiency by implementing program management best practices, tools, and metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistent communication across all program phases.
- Support continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices and software development lifecycle processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7–10+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program or project management.
- 8+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-team technical programs in distributed or global environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end software delivery lifecycle management.
- Proven experience using program management tools such as Jira, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) in large-scale programs.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and evolving requirements.
- Experience in enterprise-scale initiatives such as cloud migration, platform transformation, or AI-driven programs is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe are advantageous.
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
