Job Description

The group you’ll be a part of

In the Global Products Group, we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry.

The impact you’ll make

You will be a key enabler of reliable, scalable execution at TTC, bringing structure and clarity to complex operational programs in a live lab environment. By improving how work is prioritized, integrated, and closed, you will help the site operate more predictably today while laying the groundwork for future growth, including future expansion operational readiness.

What you’ll do

  • Lead complex, cross‑functional operational programs supporting TTC execution, where requirements span hardware readiness, chemical permitting, facilities enablement, staffing, cost assumptions, and schedule alignment.
  • Act as the primary owner for operational readiness, identifying gaps early, driving alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring issues are resolved with clear accountability and closure.
  • Translate technical and business needs into executable plans, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for live lab operations.
  • Drive prioritization and decision clarity in a dynamic environment where multiple programs compete for shared resources, balancing safety, compliance, cost, and delivery commitments.
  • Establish and improve operational mechanisms (reviews, tracking, escalation paths, documentation) to reduce reliance on ad‑hoc coordination and improve repeatability.
  • Partner closely with site leadership to surface risks, recommend tradeoffs, and enable timely decision‑making for day‑to‑day operations.
  • Support operational transition and scaling into TTC , ensuring lessons learned, operating assumptions, and readiness processes are carried forward as the site expands.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, operations program leadership, or a similar role supporting complex, cross‑functional execution in R&D, lab, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to own and drive end‑to‑end programs involving multiple stakeholders, incomplete inputs, and evolving requirements.
  • Strong understanding of operational execution dynamics — including readiness, dependency management, risk identification, and closure in live environments.
  • Demonstrated skill in prioritization and decision support, especially where tradeoffs between schedule, cost, safety, and technical feasibility are required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and credibly at all levels, from engineers and operations teams to senior site and functional leadership.
  • Track record of improving execution through process, structure, and operating discipline, rather than ad hoc coordination.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment, partnering across functions without direct reporting authority.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience supporting lab operations, facilities enablement, test stands, or R&D infrastructure
  • Exposure to chemical readiness, permitting, EHS coordination, or facilities integration
  • Experience supporting site expansion, scale‑up, or operational transition efforts.

Our commitment

We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. By bringing unique individuals and viewpoints together, we achieve extraordinary results.
