The autonomous database wing of the central database technical program management team for Oracle Database.

What we are looking for

We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager based in Guadalajara with vast experience at getting things done at scale.

Think one lines of working with cross functional teams across a large organization, moving folks towards a unified goal and North Star. You

drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross- organizational/functional programs that impact both product and business.

You will partner with every team in the Database organization. The space is fun, large, and complex. You will manage the development and implementation process of all aspects of project and release delivery. You will plan and influence schedules and have awareness of customer and production impacting issues that result in upstream improvements in development, security and process . We work on true critical features promoting the uptake and upkeep of a high-quality autonomous database.

Requirements

5+ years of technical program management

Program management or software management experience of large enterprise products , is a plus

Oracle Database and/or Oracle Cloud (OCI) experience is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Motivation and personal experience in AI tools development to increase program management productivity is a plus , ex setups of AI agent or MCP server experience
