What You Will Do
- Drive the implementation of automated workflow solutions that streamline supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Analyze data from supply chain processes to inform strategic decisions and improve performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead training sessions for teams on new operational processes and technologies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on status and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–8 years of experience in technical program management or operations within a manufacturing or supply chain context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of driving process improvements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and ERP systems.
- Experience in a startup environment or with companies in the Series A funding stage.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits
