We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale technology programs, digital transformation initiatives, and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful solutions across e-Governance and Citizen Services.

This role demands a deep understanding of agile methodologies, emerging technologies, and a track record of managing diverse stakeholders, including CXOs, government bodies, private organizations, and distributed teams.

Wadhwani AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health, agriculture, education, and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Management and Delivery:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives, including SaaS platforms, e-Governance projects, and digital transformation solutions.

• Define and manage program goals, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Implement Agile practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in project execution.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with senior government officials, private sector leaders, and distributed teams to align program goals with stakeholder expectations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and ensuring program success.

• Technical Leadership:

• Leverage cloud platforms and data analytics tools to drive program outcomes.

• Guide teams in adopting emerging technologies, such as robotic process automation and data engineering.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy, user security, and governance standards.

• Product and Solution Innovation:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Identify and resolve complex business challenges through innovative approaches and emerging technologies.

• Continuously optimize processes and solutions to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative environment among distributed teams.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and organizational goals.

• Metrics and Reporting:

• Use data analytics and visualization tools to track program performance, identify improvement areas, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and maintain transparency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale technology initiatives.

• Proven success in managing digital transformation programs and SaaS platforms across diverse domains.

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Cloud Computing.

• Proficiency in Data Analytics tools and SQL.

• Experience with Agile tools and enterprise applications.
