Location: This position is remote within Colombia
Huge is looking for an experienced Technical Program Director to join our team in an embedded capacity with a large technology partner. In this critical role, you will support a technical stewardship team leader within a centralized team. You will be responsible for providing deep governance over technical infrastructure, driving large-scale automation initiatives, and safeguarding the organization against security and compliance risks.
The ideal candidate is a program and operations leader with a deep technical understanding and the ability to support high-level strategic planning, management of operational guidelines and parameters, strong communication skills, able to guide non-technical partners through technology solutions, and manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations. Should also be comfortable with agentic workflows and tools.
