As a Datamerge Agent within our Advanced Support team, you will be at the heart of global travel data. You will manage critical data migrations and conversions between Sabre and other GDS systems. This is a high-impact role where your technical precision ensures that travel data remains protected, accurate, and seamless for our global partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Success: Execute inbound/outbound GDS data migrations (PNRs and Profiles) with precision.
  • Problem Solve: Perform deep-dive technical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex data issues.
  • Collaborate: Act as a vital link between internal teams, account managers, and development resources.
  • Impact: Support high-visibility projects and ensure urgent customer escalations are resolved swiftly.
  • Excellence: Proactively look for value-added improvements in our internal processes.
  • Availability: Participate in on-call duties to ensure operational continuity for our global clients.

Job Requirements

  • Sabre Heritage: Proficient technical knowledge of Sabre systems and Profiles (Former Sabre experience is highly valued).
  • Work Ethic: A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a real desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills and the ability to confidently engage with diverse audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of Regular Expressions, XML, and log files.
  • Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and flexibility with hours during critical implementations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency for sensitive issues.

Important

While the responsibilities outlined above represent the core focus of the Datamerge Agent role, this position is also an integral part of the Advanced Support organization.

Advanced Support is made up of specialists who provide critical support to the distribution business, covering travel agencies, airlines, hotel, and car rental vendors. As part of this model, team members may be involved into collaborating across functional areas and might be required to support different domains to ensure operational continuity and effective issue resolution.

This role is designed for individuals who are interested in learning across multiple functional areas. Based on operational needs, the Datamerge Agent may be temporarily or permanently assigned to support different areas within Advanced Support. Comprehensive training will be provided across all supported systems and environments; however, flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn are fundamental expectations for this position.
