The Position

The Technical Product Owner owns the end-to-end delivery of a specific product module or defined capability slice by translating business needs into scalable, compliant, and usable technical solutions. Operating within the strategic roadmap set by the Team Lead, you will act as the primary bridge between the business Product Owner and technical delivery teams. In this role, you will work deeply embedded with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality technical execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business priorities

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements

  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure Definition of Ready / Done

  • Drive sprint planning, refinement, and delivery outcomes

  • Partner closely with business Product Owners to translate requirements into implementable solutions

  • Ensure traceability between business requirements and technical delivery

  • Clarify requirements for engineering, data, and vendor teams

  • Accept or reject delivered features based on acceptance criteria

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant (e.g. GxP, GDPR)

  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs

  • Support testing, releases, and production readiness

  • Act as the day-to-day interface for engineering teams and vendors

  • Drive execution across internal teams and external partners

  • Remove blockers and ensure continuous delivery flow

  • Partner with Solution Architects to ensure feasible and aligned solutions

  • Contribute to non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, integration)

  • Ensure adherence to architecture standards and guardrails

Who You Are

  • You hold a BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • You built a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Management, or similar, in GxP environments

  • You are experienced working according to Agile methodologies (scrum / scaled agile framework)

  • You built experience in delivering enterprise digital platforms (CRM, Marketing Technology, Web, data, etc.), and experience with Web and cloud technologies

  • You built experience working with engineering teams and external vendors, and experienced with requirements engineering & backlog management

  • You are able to translate business needs into technical solutions, and have deep understanding of software architecture concepts and trade-offs

  • You bring advanced stakeholder management and communication skills

  • You are analytical, structured, and have a delivery-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN-425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
