Join Tech at Lilly's Sales and Marketing Capabilities organization, where technology teams within the HCP (Health Care Professional) vertical build and evolve the digital tools that power how Lilly engages healthcare providers. Our portfolio spans AI-enabled selling platforms, field insights and analytics tools, learning and enablement systems, and operational applications that support Lilly's sales and marketing teams every day. We are a fast-growing, agentic-AI-forward organization, and we are looking for a Technical Product Owner to help lead the next generation of these capabilities.
As a Technical Product Owner in the HCP vertical, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, product ownership, and technical delivery. You will work across a portfolio of AI-powered products - partnering with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors to translate strategy into working technology. This is a highly collaborative, highly visible role. You will work directly with Product Managers, Directors, architects, Business Partners, and vendor partners, having real influence over how Lilly's sales and marketing technology evolves – including its growing footprint of AI agents and automation.
