The opportunity:
The Technical Product Owner drives the definition, alignment, and delivery of complex system capabilities across the RDT Customer and Service Enablement Team Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you ensure that initiatives are strategically aligned, technically sound, and deliver measurable value. In this strategic role, you provide direction across Delivery Leads and Engineers, excel in stakeholder negotiations, and provide direction for mid to long-term goals. You will actively contribute to technical knowledge through publications, inspire innovation, and lead the design of complex multi-service solutions. You own and evolve the system-level vision and roadmap, translating strategic objectives into a prioritized backlog and guiding delivery from concept through implementation. You work closely with engineering teams to shape scalable, sustainable solutions, making informed trade-offs across architecture, performance, and time-to-market.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Outcome Accountability & Execution Own the product backlog for assigned systems, prioritizing features and operational needs based on business value and compliance. You will be accountable for the backlog execution in accordance with CSV and best QA practices. Actively champion high-value work and challenge low-impact efforts.
Architecture & Non-Functional Excellence Proactively ensure all solutions adhere to established architectural patterns, enterprise technology strategies, and non-functional expectations (performance, reliability, scalability).
Business Collaboration: Partner closely with BPOs to align technical execution with commercial objectives, translating functional customer service needs into robust technical realities.
System Ownership & Governance: Serve as the accountable System Owner, ensuring applications remain fit-for-purpose, secure, and fully compliant with IT governance throughout their lifecycle.
Financial Responsibilities: Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within financial constraints and optimized.
Knowledge Transfer & Operational Continuity: Drive the structured capture of product knowledge, comprehensive system documentation, and operational runbooks to ensure high availability and seamless operational handovers.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across integrations, data workflows, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) coordination while actively participating in Agile ceremonies.
Who you are:
Strong understanding of modern knowledge, content, and learning ecosystems, including content lifecycle management, experience delivery, and platform integration.
Experience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions across content, learning, product information, and experience platforms.
Ability to design and optimize end-to-end information flows, leveraging structured content, metadata, search, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Demonstrated experience defining tasks, coaching engineers, and successfully driving medium to large-scale technical initiatives
Expertise in Agile principles for iterative and adaptive project management. Ability to conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives effectively.
The ability to define, champion, and enforce non-functional requirements, including scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
Deep experience with API-first architectures, integration patterns, and event-driven approaches to enable seamless connectivity between platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps and platform engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated validation, release management, and cloud-native operating models.

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN-425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
