Stellenbeschreibung

Als Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) Filling Technology übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der technischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios im Bereich Abfüllanlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktgruppe mit dem Ziel einer konzernweiten Standardanwendung
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Product Line Plans in enger Abstimmung mit dem Global Product Manager und dem Head of Product Engineering
  • Sicherstellung einer technologieorientierten Produktstrategie sowie aktiver Beitrag zum kommerziellen Erfolg der Produktgruppe
  • Bewertung von Risiken, Kosten und Auswirkungen sowie Unterstützung bei grundlegenden Produktänderungen
  • Erstellung und Priorisierung des Produkt‑Backlogs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und relevanten Stakeholdern zur Erhebung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen

Qualifikationen

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Produkt‑ und Anforderungsmanagement sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches und mechatronisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Abfülltechnik von Baustoffen, Mineralien oder Düngemitteln
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
