The Position

Technical Product Owner

The Opportunity

As a Technical Product Owner for our Source-to-Procure (S2P) ecosystem, you bridge the gap between technical execution and business objectives. Working at an advanced professional level alongside Senior Product Managers, you own the product backlog and drive the execution of our digital procurement roadmap. You join a collaborative, forward-thinking Informatics team focused on delivering enterprise-scale value.

In this role, you will:

• Own and prioritize the S2P product backlog, translating strategic business goals into actionable technical user stories.

• Lead the end-to-end scope and execution of large-scale S2P initiatives, managing dependencies across cross-functional teams.

• Optimize delivery methodologies by tailoring frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or ITSM to maximize efficiency and maintain high quality.

• Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse group of stakeholders, navigating complex matrix environments to align expectations and build consensus.

• Diagnose system bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis to design and validate technical or workflow enhancement plans.

• Mentor team members , fostering a collaborative spirit, driving mutual accountability, and guiding the team through ambiguity.

Who You Are

You are a versatile, analytical professional who thrives at the intersection of agile delivery and procurement technology. You are a natural facilitator who handles uncertainty with a pragmatic mindset and communicates effortlessly with both technical and business partners.

To be successful in this role, you bring:

• 6-8 years of experience working with procurement platforms (Source-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, or Requisition-to-Pay), including at least 2 years supporting the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.

• A proven track record of leading the delivery of complex features, major product releases, or service transitions within a product ownership or delivery management capacity.

• Versatile framework expertise with hands-on experience navigating environments as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Agile Coach.

• Strong strategic acumen with a demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into structured implementation roadmaps and technical delivery strategies.

• Advanced problem-solving skills and proficiency with modern delivery tools to analyze dependencies, run root-cause analysis, and optimize workflows.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills , with a coaching mindset that unlocks team potential and inspires collaborative success.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
