Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and driven Product Owner (Inbound) to lead the design, development, and ongoing success of a cutting-edge enterprise Data Platform. In our Agile Scrum environment, the Product Owner plays a critical role in bridging business goals and technical execution. You’ll own the product vision, prioritize development work, and ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key stakeholder and decision-maker for product and feature development within Agile teams.
• Define, prioritize, and refine product requirements-ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with R&D Directors, Engineering, and Field teams to translate business needs into high-impact user stories.
• Work with Release Managers and Technical Leads to define scope and priorities for development cycles.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and maintain a groomed product backlog.
• Ensure alignment and communication across stakeholders at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Inspire and empower development teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions with urgency and purpose.

Requirements

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a software companies building mission-critical enterprise platforms. Relevant roles include Product Owner / Product Manager / Systems Engineer / Architect /Solution Architect.
• Proven ability to define and prioritize complex requirements to meet both user needs and business goals.
• Strong skills in preparing and delivering clear, compelling slide presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to distill technical and abstract concepts into clear, concise ideas.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies. with cross-functional, distributed teams.

Preferred Experience

• Strong domain expertise in cloud infrastructure and storage systems - highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in balancing feature development, technical debt, innovation, and operational needs.
• Track record of driving iterative and incremental product development in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Familiarity with vibe coding practices and modern AI tools that enhance product ownership and team collaboration.
