Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • 2 years experience with any software development language with exposure to the full software lifecycle
  • 3-5 years in any software development language
  • 3- 5 years professional experience
  • 1+ years experience in a position of leadership or management
  • Experience in Agile project management

Beneficial experience:

  • Cloud (AWS/Azure)
  • Project Management
  • Software testing
  • DevOps

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical training programs
  • Ensure that training content aligns with industry standards and best practices
  • Evaluate and refine training materials based on feedback and evolving technologies
  • Consistently assess and evaluate the quality of training, ensuring it is best in class
  • Run regular Sprint Reviews with learners giving constructive feedback and driving accountability
  • Manage a team of Team Leaders who are responsible for training deployment
  • Assess skills deficits that exist in Team Leaders
  • Develop and implement training programs to upskill Team Leaders in technical and leadership competencies
  • Provide mentorship to Team Leaders to foster their professional growth
  • Stay abreast of current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the software development industry
  • Develop new training materials and methodologies that enhance the learning experience
  • Innovate and adapt training approaches to address evolving industry needs
  • Work with CEO to develop new skills development initiatives
