Job Description

Join us as a Technical Product Manager

  • You’ll be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of technology products or major features that have a significant impact on the business
  • This role will see you managing the product lifecycle, KPIs and risk
  • You’ll gain valuable senior stakeholder exposure as well as the opportunity to hone your technical talents, systems thinking and leadership skills
  • We're offering this role at vice president level

What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll be providing technology specific guidance to key stakeholders along with owning strategic documentation relevant to the products. We’ll look to you to deliver a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and technological advancements.

You’ll also be:

  • Ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Own complex product initiatives, define roadmap, ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives
  • Leading the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery with a high-performing engineering team
  • Making data-driven decisions that improve product performance and user satisfaction
  • Understand the impacts other programmes or domain backlogs may have and manage the dependencies
  • Providing regular reporting on product performance, development progress, and market trends
  • Craft clear, differentiated value proposition tailored for diverse audiences including leadership

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.

You’ll need:

  • Experience of 10+ year inend-to-endproduct deliveryand/ordelivering transformation initiatives across business and technology functions
  • Experience working directly withengineers, leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and on product enhancements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly
  • Experience in owning/driving roadmap strategy, along with the ability to coordinate multiple teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Architecture, Testing, and Production Support
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
