
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented ServiceNow Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the vision, roadmap, and technical governance of our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities. Acting as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, you will translate needs from Audit, Legal, and Cybersecurity into scalable ServiceNow solutions that reduce manual effort and provide real-time visibility into our enterprise risk posture.
The Opportunity:
This is a technical leadership role where you own the 12–24 month product roadmap for a mission-critical platform. As a TPM, you won't just gather requirements; you will influence the technical architecture and data strategy to move the organization into a unified, automated ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, championing an "out-of-the-box" mindset to ensure our IRM/GRC suite remains agile, maintainable, and aligned with modern CSDM/CMDB standards.
