About the Team:
The Testing Services Practice offers 2 different specialized flavors of service to our clients and Professional Services teams.
- Specialized Testing Services that offer value to our customers by automating their Functional use cases. This comprises of Functional SMEs in Banking and Capital Markets domain, well complemented by Automation Testing team.
- Test Driven Implementation with a testing first approach to shift left the defects in a product implementation cycle
- A small Technical Solutioning and Architecture team that evaluates the new tools and technologies for automation and currently looking at AI to accelerate the E2E process of Testing Services
- This role will report to the Global Head of Testing Services Practice.
What you will be Doing
- Manages Solution plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected. Presents status updates at quarterly and annual stakeholder meetings.
- This role will drive the Technical Solutioning and Architecture blueprint and strategy for the Testing Services Practice.
- Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
- Prepares and presents Solution plans. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.
- Defines the strategy blueprint of leveraging AI to transform the Testing Services processes and practices
- Drives productivity gains
- Collaborates with enterprise AI strategy team and aligns on the AI direction, tools, frameworks and governance.
- Prepares and presents Solution roadmap reviews as well as providing Testing architecture and tools’ general strategic direction.
- Manages inventory during budget planning process, interlocks on all companion activity and prioritizes necessary to execute against plan throughout the year.
- Monitors and understands product’s profit and loss statement. May be responsible for revenue and profitability of assigned products.
- Provides content for Solution roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps.
- Presents Solution information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences.
- Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings
