Job Description

Join Maytronics as a Technical Product Manager – Product Performance and play a key role in enhancing our product offerings by ensuring top-notch performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and deliver outstanding value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement performance enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to understand product performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and manage performance testing strategies.
  • Coordinate with customer support to address performance-related issues.
  • Create detailed reports on product performance for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
