Job Description

Looking for a hands on, technical product management professional, with proven experience for delivering AI based data platforms/products to clients worldwide. In this role you will be leading the technical aspects of our cutting-edge AI Data platform used by world-leading brands, reporting directly to the Bright Insights CPO.

Responsibilities

  • Product leadership: Lead end-to-end Enterprise software/data timely products rollout - managing requirements, architecture, timelines, quality, performance and data monitoring aspects
  • Gather, document, and translate product requirements into actionable documents and plans
  • Oversee all dev / testing efforts to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Be the primary technical point of contact for queries, decisions, and issue resolution for team such as engineering, CS, delivery, executives etc.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, user training, and post-launch updates
  • Client work: Partner with client to understand their needs and ensure they are met
  • Market research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis as needed to support product decisions and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years Technical Product Leadership experience for enterprise data platforms
  • Working with complex data platforms at scale
  • Experience managing data quality issues across multiple sources and SLAs
  • Experience with data monitoring solutions for data-intensive platforms
  • Deep understanding of data pipeline architecture
  • Experience across the product lifecycle (Requirements to rollout)
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake/similar - a plus
  • Independent, self-managing product leader
