Technical Product Manager Azurion Eye

The Technical Product Lead (TPL) will own the commercial, operational, and technical delivery of the Azurion Eye Co-Pilot product within an agile squad structure. The TPL holds end-to-end accountability within the squad — from defining the business case and competitive positioning through shipping and validating features.

Your role:

• Own the squad-level product business case, backlog, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer value
• Drive product definition by translating user workflows and needs into structured requirements and development-ready stories
• Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement to enable efficient, high-quality delivery within the squad
• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered features against requirements and intended use
• Collaborate with engineering, Portfolio Management, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure release readiness

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical, or related field with 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Proven product management experience with end-to-end ownership (business case to release), preferably in medtech or regulated environments
• trong agile delivery, backlog management, and ability to translate complex needs into product requirements
• Able to operate effectively in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with interventional cardiology workflows or image-guided therapy is a strong plus
