Responsibilities will include:
Centralise and prioritise AI demand and stakeholder’s requests across the organisation.
Maintain a master backlog, ensuring transparent prioritization and timely responses.
Consolidate the view of on-going projects of AI governed area and keep tracking on the evolution and business requests and its status.
Take actions to anticipate, avoid and resolve deviations from project plan, ensuring project plan is available and coordinating if needed.
Work closely with Technology area as well as Stakeholders, to understand the global roadmap and set common deliverables.
Understand the current IT systems map and the IT organization to address any new solutions and understand IT teams impacted.
Coordinate assessments with Legal and Security teams to meet regulatory compliance (Europe & rest of the world).
Involved in the development and evolution of AI Product in collaboration with cross-functional teams, defining functional requirements, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Define and validate initial budgets for AI Product And assure budget control of it
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and continuous improvement of AI products.

Experiences and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications engineering or Business.
3-5 years of experience in Engineering or Technology projects, with solid understanding of phases, life cycles, metrics and methodologies.
Fluent in English (minimum C1 level). Swedish & Spanish is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work in hybrid models.
Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Experience managing international projects with cross-border teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI ecosystems (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face).
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing platforms (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Kafka, etc.).
