Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
We are evolving our product portfolio across all digital capabilities. As that portfolio grows, we need a Technical Product Manager who can connect business needs to technical delivery, ensuring the products we build are not only strategically aligned, but also practical, measurable, and well-adopted.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The Technical Product Manager will translate business, operational, and technical requirements into clear product priorities, release plans, and acceptance criteria and will drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the products we deliver.
What you will do?
You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and leadership to shape the product direction and ensure delivery stays aligned to business outcomes.
In practice, that means you will turn strategic intent into a clear product roadmap, define well-scoped backlog items, and help the team build products that are useful, usable, and measurable.
What you bring?
At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.
With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.
Sounds wonderful? We can't wait to hear from you.
