We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our product management team at our Danish headquarters in Middelfart. In this pivotal role, you will manage the development and improvement of our consumable's product portfolio.

A key role with a broad area of responsibility and opportunities

As our Technical Product Manager, you will join our Consumables team. You will manage product development and implement improvements within cross-functional teams. Collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Marketing, you will gain valuable insights into creating customer value. Our products are acknowledged for their superior quality, serving as a reference point in the industry. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance, impacting on the satisfaction of our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

You can look forward to a wide range of interesting tasks, including:

• Contribute to new product development projects, ensuring customer and market needs are reflected throughout the projects.
• Assess and prioritize product issues based on business and customer impact, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze complaints, quality, and customer feedback data to identify trends, drive continuous improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including introduction, improvement, change control, and end-of-life activities.
• Serve as a technical product expert, supporting customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders with product-related communication and technical inquiries.

Team collaboration in Product Management

You will become part of the Consumables team, working closely with colleagues across product management, sourcing, quality, regulatory affairs, and commercial functions. Together, we combine commercial, technical, and customer insights to develop and improve products that create value for our customers. You will report to the Director of Consumables and be based at our headquarters in Middelfart.

Who we are looking for

You have an educational background as an Engineer or a similar technical background. You bring around 3-5 years of experience in a role within product development – preferable hardware. It could be as Technical Product Manager or as Technical Supporter, Product Owner, R&D Developer and alike. You are skilled in handling processes and possess a high level of English proficiency.

It will be a benefit if you come from an industry that is used to documentation - and compliance requirements. It will be beneficial if you have international experience and a contact surface for operations.

Your mentor will be an experienced Product Manager with experience and knowledge from a similar role.
