We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Technical Product Manager – Platform to bridge the gap between business strategy and platform engineering. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at aligning technical investments with business priorities while driving the development of scalable platform capabilities that support multiple products and engineering teams.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to define platform priorities, optimize infrastructure investments, and build a long-term roadmap for shared technical capabilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring platform initiatives proactively support evolving business needs, improve developer productivity, and enable scalable product growth. This position requires a strong combination of technical understanding, strategic thinking, prioritization expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate evolving business and product priorities into a clear, strategic platform roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify platform requirements and future technology needs.
• Develop and maintain objective prioritization frameworks that balance business impact, engineering effort, scalability, and opportunity cost.
• Drive platform investment decisions by evaluating technical initiatives against measurable business value and long-term strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities to build shared platform capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple teams and products.
• Plan and manage long-term platform initiatives, ensuring infrastructure and foundational technologies support future business growth.
• Monitor platform performance, infrastructure utilization, and engineering productivity to recommend optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate alignment between engineering leadership and business stakeholders through effective communication, planning, and roadmap management.
• Prepare business cases, investment rationales, product documentation, and strategic planning artifacts to support informed decision-making.
• Continuously improve platform planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to enable efficient technical execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management with strong exposure to platform engineering, developer platforms, infrastructure products, APIs, or technical SaaS solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, scalability, and infrastructure trade-offs.
• Ability to understand engineering discussions and collaborate effectively with technical teams without being directly responsible for implementation.
• Proven experience prioritizing complex initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing stakeholder demands.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and strategic planning documents.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a structured approach to evaluating trade-offs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with engineering leadership to align execution with strategic objectives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on long-term platform scalability and business impact.
• An engineering background with a transition into Product Management or strong technical experience supporting engineering organizations is an added advantage.
