Job Description

About the Role & Team

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our horizontal platform technologies. In this role, you will define and build the core systems that power digital fulfillment, entitlement management, customer quotas, and system telemetry. You will serve as the crucial link between business requirements and engineering delivery, ensuring our shared services are technically robust, scalable, and built to enterprise standards. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundational architecture that drives automated fulfillment and impacts digital transactions across our broader company ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Platform Strategy & Integration Lead the functional efforts to build our horizontal technology, taking ownership of the logic for entitlements, digital fulfillment, and quotas.
  • System Telemetry & Metrics: Define and implement robust telemetry frameworks to capture actionable metrics, ensuring platform health, reliable data flows, and clear visibility into customer usage patterns.
  • Engineering Partnership: Collaborate daily with the development team and the Enterprise Solution Architect to design scalable Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and backend services that solve core customer problems.
  • Backlog & Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the technical product backlog, balancing new foundational features, technical debt, and defects based on system stability and customer needs.
  • Roadmap & Vision Alignment: Collaborate on the creation of the shared services roadmap, ensuring that technical dependencies and migration milestones for our fulfillment platforms are accurately represented.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications that support the overall product vision.
  • Agile Execution: Participate in all Scrum meetings and product sprints, monitoring and evaluating progress at every stage of the development lifecycle to drive operational excellence.

What You Bring

  • Systems Experience: 4 to 6 years of Technical Product Management experience, with a focus on platform integrations, shared horizontal services, data mapping, or system migrations.
  • Architectural Literacy: Deep ability to collaborate with Solution Architects on API design, system dependencies, and data flow logic specifically related to digital fulfillment and entitlements.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets to validate product logic, telemetry metrics, and quota algorithms are functioning correctly.
  • Process Rigor: Proven ability to manage the intricate details of a technical backlog while maintaining a clear view of the broader project milestones and delivery timelines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
