We are looking for a Product Manager (AI / Full-Stack) who can bridge business strategy, product thinking, engineering execution, and client delivery. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work directly with founders, business stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams to identify business challenges, define product vision, and drive end-to-end execution of AI-powered digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a solid understanding of full-stack technologies, modern software architecture, APIs, databases, and AI-driven systems. You will lead product discovery, create roadmaps, prioritize features, define MVPs, and ensure successful delivery while collaborating closely with developers and business teams. This role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can translate customer needs into scalable, production-ready products that create measurable business impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow discovery sessions, and market analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Translate business problems into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Define MVPs and drive rapid product development and deployment cycles.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize features based on business value, effort, and timelines.
• Work alongside development teams on solution architecture, APIs, backend systems, frontend applications, and AI-powered workflows.
• Support the design and implementation of products built on modern full-stack and AI technologies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and delivery teams.
• Lead product discovery workshops and implementation discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client communications throughout implementation, deployment, and post-launch support phases.
• Drive execution excellence by monitoring timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and business outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or product-focused full-stack roles.
• Strong experience creating product roadmaps, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, and driving product execution.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable product specifications.
• Strong understanding of full-stack systems, APIs, databases, and modern software architecture.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to AI-powered systems, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical solution design and implementation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
• Experience working directly with founders, enterprise clients, or operational teams is highly valued.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, workflow automation, ERP systems, fintech, logistics, or AI-native products is a plus.
• Passion for solving business problems through technology and delivering scalable, user-centric solutions.
