What You Will Do
- Drive the product management process for integration features, ensuring they meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements and roadmap.
- Utilize JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS to develop and enhance integration capabilities.
- Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Lead the development of APIs and SDKs that facilitate seamless integrations for B2B clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Champion best practices in product management and agile methodologies within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in software or technology-focused environments.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in B2B software solutions.
- Experience in developing APIs and SDKs for enterprise-level applications.
- Previous involvement in a venture-backed startup or high-growth company.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $220K, complemented by equity options of 0.01% to 0.1%. The company offers a collaborative and innovative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
