This is a remote position.


We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to work with the largest global network of office stores, with over two thousand locations in 27 countries! This role will be responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy of a platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This position oversees the product development lifecycle, manages the roadmap, and ensures the technical integrity and quality of the platform.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a holistic capabilities strategy for the short, medium, and long term, with a strong focus on revenue growth and the evolution of the technical platform.

  • Lead the improvement of the experience through the development of innovative solutions and new product capabilities.

  • Ensure the platform roadmap is aligned with business goals and drive the execution and evolution of the platform.

  • Indirectly lead cross-functional and multi-channel teams in defining future decisions and strategies for the platform.

  • Provide regular communication on priorities, progress, and impact to stakeholders.

  • Define and promote visions for platform improvement; translate the vision into roadmaps and detailed execution plans.

  • Maintain roadmaps, including iterations; break down large-scale initiatives into user stories.

  • Map processes, identify improvements, and influence the team and stakeholders.

  • Document user requirements, including launch and ongoing KPIs to monitor product health and continuous business value.

  • Manage timelines and tasks related to all aspects of product development, launch, and enhancements.

  • Lead the adoption and maturation of Agile practices based on SAFe best practices.

  • Manage tasks simultaneously and work within deadlines, effectively balancing workload.


Requirements


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Advanced English for written and verbal communication;

  • Previous experience in managing technical products/platforms from conception to launch;

  • Experience in translating business requirements into capabilities and features, managing stakeholder relationships, managing roadmaps, and reporting;

  • Effective communication with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, to clarify requirements while understanding and working on their dependencies;

  • Hands-on experience in utilizing and measuring OKRs, KPIs, metrics, and gathering analytics;

  • Experience collaborating with solution architects and software engineering teams to contribute to the building of innovative software products;

  • Track record of delivering software products at scale;

  • Technical background in software development and sufficient business knowledge to identify risks of future issues;

  • Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives in a dynamic environment.
