Job Description

Browzwear is a leading provider of 3D fashion design software that revolutionizes the apparel industry by enabling a digital workflow from concept to commerce. Our innovative solutions empower brands and manufacturers to reduce time-to-market, enhance collaboration, and achieve sustainable practices.

As a Technical Product Manager focused on Automation & Integrations, you will own a portfolio of integrations, customer-specific automations, and internal workflow capabilities. Beyond classical PM responsibilities, you will actively leverage AI coding assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to independently prototype integration flows, generate technical documentation, and validate feasibility — enabling faster iteration cycles and richer conversations with engineering.

Strategy, Delivery & Collaboration

  • Define and maintain a prioritized portfolio for automation and integrations, balancing customer-specific needs, internal efficiency, and long-term scalability.
  • Evaluate requests to determine when to build customer-specific solutions versus reusable, productized capabilities; identify patterns across integrations, drive standardization into frameworks or APIs, and continuously analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform long-term evolution.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements by collaborating with customers, account managers, and internal teams — serving as the voice of the customer and translating needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, communicating clearly on APIs, data flows, and integration architecture.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support development efforts.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

AI-Assisted Discovery & Prototyping

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to independently build lightweight proof-of-concepts, integration scripts, and/or workflow mockups that validate ideas and inform engineering scoping.
  • Leverage AI to generate, refine, and maintain high-quality product documentation — user stories, API specs, acceptance criteria, and integration guides — at speed.
  • Experiment with new AI-driven approaches to customer problem-solving and bring findings back as structured product proposals.
  • Stay continuously informed on evolving AI tools, agentic workflows, and automation platforms, evaluating their applicability to Browzwear's product ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Define and maintain a prioritized initiative portfolio for automation and integrations, balancing customer-specific needs, internal efficiency improvements, and long-term scalability.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Evaluate automation and integration requests to determine when to deliver customer-specific solutions versus when to invest in reusable, productized capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and relevant market trends to inform prioritization and long-term evolution of automation and integration capabilities.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support development efforts.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Identify recurring patterns across integrations and automations and drive their standardization into reusable frameworks, APIs, or platform features.

Who You Are

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Integration-focused roles within SaaS or platform-based products.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

  • Hands-on comfort with AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to independently produce functional prototypes, scripts, or workflow automations.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, REST APIs, webhooks, data flows, and integration modalities (iPaaS, native integrations, middleware).
  • Ability to balance speed of delivery vs. long-term maintainability — knowing when to prototype fast and when to invest in robust solutions.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Nice to have: fashion or apparel industry background, or experience with 3D design/PLM workflows.

Personal Attributes:

  • Insatiable curiousity — you explore new tools and ideas without waiting for permission.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and prototypes fast before over-planning.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership — you drive things forward independently.
