About the role

The truth is that behind almost any cutting-edge AI system, there are dozens of moving parts that work together to process the raw data. Buildots is no different, behind our slick dashboards there’s an extremely complex analysis architecture that includes AI models, classic algorithms, 3D rendering, and more, all working together at scale to turn our clients’ visual data into valuable insights.

We are looking for a process-oriented technical product manager, to define, design, and lead implementation for the various components of our analysis engine.

What you'll do:

• Lead highly complex technical product features as part of the company’s product team.
• Take part in defining the company’s roadmap, taking into account the needs from multiple clients.
• Work closely with the algorithms team to define and oversee the development of AI and Computer Vision research tasks
• Work closely with the engineering team to implement processes, features, and research deliverables into the analysis process
• Be the operations team’s point of contact for improving the data processing, validation, and delivery procedures
• Research directions for new data sources, technologies or client needs, making sure we maintain our competitive edge
• Be part of a vibrant team of bright product leaders bringing the construction industry into the digital age

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer / 3 years of technical experience + B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent
• Ability to define a big picture, and derive smaller & achievable goals from it
• Familiarity with computer vision algorithms or/and deep neural networks - advantage
• A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent - advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup working environment
• Pro-active and independent achiever, self-learner, able to handle a task from idea to production
• Good vibes and a sense of humor - must
