Job Title: Technical Product Management Intern

Location: Virtual

Duration: Winter 2027 - 4 or 8 Months (January 2027 - April 2027 or January 2027 - August 2027)

Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 - 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity:

The Technical Product Management Intern will work across Developer Relations & Partner Success and Platform Solution Development & Technical Product, gaining hands-on experience with the technologies, tools, and experiences that enable developers and partners to build and extend on the Dayforce platform.

During the internship, you will focus on a small number of meaningful projects while gaining broader exposure to how Product, technology, developers, and partners work together across the Dayforce ecosystem. Projects will be selected based on current business priorities, learning opportunities, and your interests and strengths.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, technically minded, enjoys solving problems, and wants practical experience working within a global SaaS platform organization. You will report into Developer Relations & Partner Success while working across both Platform Solutions organizations.

What you'll get to do:

• Help improve developer and partner documentation, learning content, technical samples, and self-service resources.
• Support research, testing, or analysis related to APIs, integrations, connectors, and Dayforce extensibility capabilities.
• Help identify friction in the developer and partner experience and turn feedback into practical recommendations or improvements.
• Explore how AI, automation, or tooling could simplify a real internal, developer, or partner process.
• Participate in technical or product discovery, innovation, or proof-of-concept projects alongside Product Managers and technical subject matter experts.
• Take ownership of a meaningful project or problem from discovery through recommendation or delivery, while contributing to additional Platform Solutions initiatives.
• Create useful and reusable outputs such as tools, prototypes, analyses, process improvements, technical resources, or enablement assets.

Skills and experience we value:

• Currently pursuing a degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Interest in APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, developer tools, or software products.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize information and turn complex topics into clear, understandable content.

What would really make you stand out:

• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Exposure to APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, scripting, low-code development, or similar technologies.
• Experience creating technical documentation, learning content, technical samples, or self-service resources.
• Interest in developer experience, partner enablement, product discovery, or technical product development.
