What You'll Do

Work directly with technical teams to identify and resolve implementation challenges.

Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, authentication, data flows, file transfers, webhooks, payment transactions, and other technical issues.

Perform functional QA and validate products across customer, banking, and payment workflows.

Support the implementation and deployment of ATM, POS, card, payment processing, and embedded banking products.

Identify product gaps and partner with Product and Development to improve the platform.

Develop repeatable implementation processes, documentation, testing procedures, and customer onboarding practices.

Support larger customers following launch with expansion, optimization, and adoption of additional products.

Utilize modern AI tools to research, analyze, troubleshoot, automate repetitive work, and improve overall productivity.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex customer implementations, technology projects, products, or operational initiatives.

Strong ownership and the ability to drive projects across multiple teams.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong customer communication and implementation management skills.

Ability to quickly learn complex technical and business environments.

Experience using modern AI tools to improve productivity and problem solving.

A college degree is not required.

Travel of up to 25% may be required for customer implementations, launches, and other business needs.
