Job Description

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

The (Senior) TPPM coordinates directly for and with internal stakeholders (e.g Value Streams, MSC, MTI and Procurement) all procurement related topics being part of a project (according to the TPPM handbook).Main scope is the close interaction with Category Teams and the regional Sourcing Hubs to ensure in-scope, on-budget and on-time delivery of major cross functional projects and programs requiring procurement input and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional procurement activities across major programs and projects, including:
    New product introductions (Adds)
    Process / regulatory / engineering changes (Changes)
    Supplier and sourcing transformations (Moves)
  • Manage end-to-end procurement project execution, ensuring delivery in-spec, on time, within scope and budget
  • Act as the central point of coordination and governance, bridging Procurement (Category Teams, Sourcing) with business stakeholders (e.g. Manufacturing, Value Streams).
  • Align project scope, timelines, and resources; assign responsibilities and ensure effective execution across sub-project teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Suppliers, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Procurement, to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Drive supplier-related strategy and execution, including:
    Alignment on sourcing approaches (source-to-contract)
    Supporting RfX processes in cooperation with Sourcing teams
    Evaluating supply base impact and cost considerations
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates, metrics, and governance reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, including driving corrective actions and escalations where needed.
  • Support product and process optimization, challenging design and technology choices together with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent Procurement in project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
  • Ensure alignment between project portfolio, development roadmap, and overall company strategy, including capacity planning across projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of project execution methodologies

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a procurement or manufacturing environment
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and challenge business cases and drive value
  • Proven ability to understand technical, manufacturing, and product-related aspects, including materials, production processes, and supply chain constraints
  • Advanced project/program management skills, including risk and issue management across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project) and Azure
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects is a plus
  • Fluent English (C1); additional European languages are a plus
  • Experience in professional procurement certifications (e.g. CIPS, ISM) is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%) and work across global time zones
