Job Description

Join BD, a global leader in medical technology, and play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. We’re looking for a Technical Specialist to support our manufacturing operations through hands-on equipment management, process optimization, and quality assurance.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and product quality.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conforming products.
• Support product changeovers and update production systems (MES).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.

What You Bring

• Experience in manufacturing or technical operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and EHS standards.
• Experience in mold set up, changeovers in Injection molding handling various types of equipment.
• Experience in robotic systems, programming for fine tuning.
• Troubleshoot and maintain various equipment to upkeep it in good running conditions
