Serviços a Cliente department is looking for a Technical Process Specialist & AI Solutions.

What you will do:

• Business process automation using Artificial Intelligence technologies, programming, and automation tools;
• Monitoring, managing, and coordinating the activities of the Technical BPO;
• Analyzing operational processes and designing AI solutions that support decision-making and task execution by users;
• Defining and monitoring guidelines for responding to customers' technical requests, ensuring alignment with the processes and deadlines established by E-Redes' High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) technical departments;
• Monitoring and overseeing the network damage management process, in coordination with MV and LV technical teams and external technical service providers;
• Designing decision workflows for operational processes related to customers' technical requests, network damage cases, and technical non-conformities affecting customer assets.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (candidates with a background in Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent will also be considered);
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions and process automation to optimize business processes;
• Experience in process analysis, optimization, and redesign;
• Ability to analyze operational processes and design AI solutions that support decision-making and task execution by end users;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders;
• Ability to coordinate and oversee technical operations and manage cross-functional initiatives involving both internal and external teams;
• Experience implementing solutions that guide users through complex processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality outcomes;
• Strong organizational and planning skills, ensuring effective documentation, communication, and rollout of process changes across teams;
• Strong analytical skills, with a results-driven and problem-solving mindset;
• Proactive, autonomous, and critical thinker, capable of identifying continuous improvement opportunities and driving the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and ways of working;
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are consistently met.
