In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support daily pre-sales activities by maintaining project tracking lists, managing and updating Salesforce records, and assisting with the preparation and revision of commercial proposals.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to support the coordination and execution of pre-sales activities.
• Assist in managing technical and commercial information throughout the proposal development process.
• Prepare reports, monitor ongoing activities, support projects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the pre-sales organization.
• Gain hands-on experience in technical pre-sales and proposal management, developing an understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of customer-focused solutions.
• Support internal stakeholders by ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related technical field.
• Completion of at least four academic semesters at the university.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Professional working proficiency in English, with the confidence to communicate in an international business environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in technical solutions, project coordination, and commercial processes.
• Ability and willingness to work primarily from the office during the onboarding period, with hybrid work opportunities available later based on performance and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Previous internship, cooperative education, or professional experience in a multinational company.
• Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Interest in industrial automation, manufacturing, or engineering-driven industries.
• Curiosity about the commercial and business aspects of technical solutions and customer engagement.
