此職務強調跨部門整合，須與研發、製造、採購、行銷與業務密切協作，並兼顧歐洲、美洲與亞太市場的在地需求。產品上市後，NPI經理亦需負責版本控管、異動管理與退場規劃，確保整體產品生命週期健康可控。這不只是專案管理工作，更是驅動產品價值最大化與全球營運協同的核心職能。
