Job Description

Manage Halliburton Cementing customer owned inventory at the Dusavik warehouse.

• Maintain full control of all inventory movements in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that all transactions are accurately reflected in our inventory management systems (SAP).
• Ensure that all relevant documentation accompanies the equipment (manufacturing date, service life, assembly documentation) and that it is fully traceable to the physical equipment in the yard.
• Perform periodic customer reporting and physical inventory counts.
• Support Service Coordinators in optimizing the utilization of available equipment, both made-up assemblies and loose inventory assets.
• Maintain control of assemblies (made-up equipment not registered in SAP).
• Ensure continuous communication with operations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA, focus on warehouse and material modules.
• Solution-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding practical solutions
• Trade certificate in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience may compensate for formal education
• Trade Certificate
