
Technical Paraplanner
Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (DOE) plus discretionary quarterly bonuses

Provide support to consultants ahead of client meetings.
Prepare compliant, technical suitability reports and Financial Life Plan reports.
Carry out annual client reviews.
Undertake technical research and analyse client data.
Accurately process investments in line with consultants recommendations.
Liaise with clients post-meetings to answer technical queries.
Identify investment and tax-saving opportunities for clients.
Manage and prioritise workload effectively.
Evaluate investment portfolios with consultants.
Work closely with the wider Service Team.
Level 4 Diploma qualified.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Paraplanner
Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel, plus familiarity with back-office systems.
Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
Flexible, organised, and able to work well under pressure to deadlines.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Discretionary quarterly bonuses.

Holiday: 23 days plus 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service. Option to buy/sell up to 3 days.
