The Opportunity

Responsible for providing order management services to clients. Activities include helping clients handle order quoting, order processing, order fulfillment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc., for their customers. Ensures timely release of orders and fulfillment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors.

How will you make an impact

  • At this level, you not only process orders, but also act as the critical bridge between Sales, Supply Chain, and the End Customer.

  • Technical and Commercial Validation: Review that purchase orders match technical quotations, ensuring that commercial terms (Incoterms, payment terms, penalties) comply with business unit policies.

  • SAP/Enterprise resource planning Configuration: Monitor the accurate entry of data into the system to ensure that production planning receives the correct information from day one.

  • Milestone Management: Monitor manufacturing progress and ensure that billing milestones are met to optimize cash flow. 2. Logistics and Foreign Trade Coordination

  • Shipping and Transportation: Coordinate with logistics teams to deliver equipment (often of extraordinary dimensions) and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

  • Export Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation (letters of credit, certificates of origin, commercial invoices) is accurate to avoid customs delays.

  • Complex Problem Resolution and Continuous Improvement

  • Backlog Management: Analyze and clear pending orders, identifying supply chain bottlenecks that prevent order completion.

  • Claims Management: Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues, managing returns or adjustments to change orders.

  • Process Optimization: As a P4, you are expected to propose improvements to digital tools or workflows to reduce the order-to-cash cycle time.

  • Sales Partner: Collaborate with Sales Managers to anticipate risks in large projects before the order is formalized.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your Background

  • Professional in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering

  • More than three years of experience in related functions

  • Certified as a PM Desirable

  • Experience working in field

  • English Level advanced
