Title: Technical Operations Manager II

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined individual to join our MS Technical Consultant team.

As a Manager who will oversee both Technical Consultant Back Office and MS TCA / ATMaaS Command Center you would be expected to lead a team of technical consultant, and business systems analysts, supporting onboarding and lifecycle customers (FIs) in the US, working closely both with internal technical teams (Software support, engineering, etc.), account support managers and customers themselves, to be able to identify, diagnose, communicate concisely, coordinate and drive towards resolution/improvement operational or technical issues.

You will also work with Project Managers to ensure onboarding of Managers Services is completed on time, customer specific packages and documentation is on points, requests made for backend systems as well as lead any feature integration to APTRA Vision and supporting systems.

Primarily US working hours.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate a team of Business Systems analysts/Technical consultants, performing various technical investigations related to ATM software platform or SW components (Activate Enterprise, XFS, Unified Agent, etc.)
  • Be able to understand and articulate technical issues to internal non-technical teams (customer representatives) and customers themselves, with the focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with internal Managed Services teams to be able to identify, communicate and drive towards resolution technical and operational issues.
  • Quick learner able to grasp complex technical and business operations challenges, and able to conceive improvements.
  • Maintain and build an internal technical knowledge base of known issues and fixes.
  • Lead onboarding to Manages Services with focus on APTRA Vision 4.x.
  • Basic to advance knowledge of Unified Agent and working packages.
  • Ability to coach and build the team for feature expansion and integration

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this role the candidate must possess the following combination of education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical/software or managerial role, preferably in financial services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • English at an advanced level (C1)
  • Basic level of any programming language

Advantageous skills

  • Proven experience managing ATM or self-service banking technology projects, familiarity with APTRA Vision Incident Management platform, and DCS (Digital Connected Services) remote capabilities platform.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence).
  • ITIL 4 Foundation is preferred.
