In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning controls-related projects from Technical Program Managers, taking ownership of their continued development and implementation within the region. You will be responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining regional monitoring dashboards and systems, ensuring their ongoing functionality and effectiveness.You will also play a key role in knowledge sharing by leading Controls Office Hours sessions to train the team. You will provide crucial support for Post Mortems, Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Site Operational Readiness Assessments (SORA), and risk analysis as they pertain to the controls and monitoring of Third-Party Data Center (3PDC) sites. You will be identifying and raising deficiency issues with monitoring tools and driving these issues to resolution to improve tool efficacy.The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible.
