Job Description

This is a managerial position taking leadership, responsibility and accountability over Technical Operations Department presence, activities and actions in Lithuania.

• Manages Technical Operations team, delegates tasks, shares information within the team and provides feedback to the team.
• Manages and participates in studio equipment build processes, plans resources.
• Keeps timelines for projects and delegated tasks.
• Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works.
• Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance.
• Participates in R&D and solution design process.
• Participates in new employees' selection and training.
• Participates in employee performance and development review and planning.
• Prepares and provides required reports, provides needed information to management and other departments.
• Performs other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in math, engineering, IT or management).
• At least C1 (Advanced user) level of English language skills.
• At least two years’ hands-on experience in IT, electronics or engineering field.
• Vendor management experience.
• Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment and techniques will be considered as advantage.
• People management experience 2+ years.

Responsibilities

Responsible for team leadership, workflow delegation, and project execution. Managing studio infrastructure, vendor relations, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
