We’re looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Technical Operations team at London Stansted Airport during an exciting period of transformation across our technology landscape.
This role is focused on supporting MAG’s Server Infrastructure estate and providing expert 3rd line support to ensure a consistently high-quality service to our customers and colleagues. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment and work as part of a service-focused team supporting business-critical infrastructure across the airport operation.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational stability, resolving complex incidents, driving continuous improvement and supporting the delivery of resilient and secure infrastructure services.

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in a Technical Operations, Infrastructure or similar IT support environment, with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering reliable technology services.
You’ll bring strong troubleshooting capability, the ability to perform under pressure and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
