Our client is looking for

a Business Analyst

to join their team in Dublin for a 6 month hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives through clear requirements definition, data-informed insights, and structured execution. In this time-bound role, you will work with internal stakeholders to help document business needs, support technical troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to project delivery across multiple workstreams.

RESPONSIBILITIES


- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Support technical debugging efforts by triaging issues, documenting reproduction steps, coordinating inputs, and tracking resolution progress.

- Maintain project plans, status reporting, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and execution documentation.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear written and verbal communications for varied audiences.

- Apply basic AI concepts and tools (e.g., prompt-based analysis, summarization, lightweight automation) to improve documentation and workflow efficiency where appropriate.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow through to closure.

- Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, well-organized, and aligned to defined timelines.


Requirements


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program/project coordination, operations, or a related role.

- Demonstrated experience supporting technical debugging or issue triage in collaboration with engineering or technical teams.

- Project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, and status reporting.

- Basic AI skills (e.g., familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and practical application to analysis and documentation).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs into structured outputs.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
